Our Ofsted registered children's home in Dartford, Kent provides a safe, warm and homely environment for young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Every room is individually styled — from personalised bedrooms to a dedicated loft study with PC, colourful playroom and a comfortable lounge. Young people arrive at a proper home, not a facility.

Your Care Nursing Limited is a Kent-based care provider registered with both Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission. Founded by experienced NHS and social care professionals, we deliver safe, structured and compassionate care for children, young people and adults.

Our registered manager holds a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Care and an Advanced Diploma in Nursing. Our responsible individual brings over 15 years of NHS experience as a registered nurse and midwife.

Making a Referral

How to Refer a Young Person

We work directly with local authority placement teams and social workers. Every referral is handled quickly, professionally and with the young person's needs at the centre.

Initial Enquiry

Call, email or WhatsApp us with a brief outline of the young person's needs and the placement type required. We respond within 24 hours.

Needs Assessment

We review the referral information in detail and confirm whether we can safely and appropriately meet the young person's needs.

Placement Agreement

We share our Statement of Purpose and agree placement terms with the commissioning authority. All documentation is handled promptly.

04

Supported Transition

A carefully managed move-in, fully coordinated with the young person, their social worker and the placing authority.

05

Ongoing Review

Regular key worker reviews, progress reports and direct local authority liaison throughout the duration of the placement.
